Based on an individual’s or family’s needs, I tailor a custom treatment plan utilizing cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and family systems techniques. My goal in therapy is to provide a safe, trustworthy environment in order to build a healthy and strong therapeutic relationship so that together we can identify precipitating/contributing factors and start the healing process.
