I am a compassionate Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner that provides evidence-based psychiatric care to my clients. I graduated with my Bachelors in Nursing from Trinity Washington University and completed my Masters in Nursing from Walden University.  

I have worked in the health care industry for over 9 years providing care in the hospital setting, client’s homes, and outpatient facilities. I ensure that my clients feel heard and are apart of their treatment planning, to make sure it is realistic for their personal lifestyles. I follow up with clients progress and refer clients to specialists as needed. I work with adolescents to older adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. 

I believe in a simple, but effective medication regimen. I will collaborate with other members of your healthcare team to provide the best holistic care possible for you or your loved one. My goal is always to align your mental health with what you desire it to be. 

During my free time, I like to read, go for walks, spend time with my 3 kids and husband.
