    Shadonna Harris, Psy.D.
    Psychological Associate

My objective as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive therapeutic environment to aid my clients in reaching their goals.

I have over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient mental health, community mental health, residential treatment facilities, schools, and addiction treatment centers. I feel that therapy works best when it is collaborative and creative. I believe that all people have the capacity to grow and change, especially if they are provided with an encouraging, supportive environment.

My specialty is client-centered therapy, which builds relationships with clients to help them gain insight and lasting changes. I often integrate other modalities (i.e., CBT, Psychodynamic, Family Systems) to help clients achieve their goals and ease psychological symptoms. I aim to provide comforting, judgment free therapy sessions to assist clients in improving and gaining a sense of relief.

I truly believe that anyone can benefit from therapy, and deserves to benefit from it as well!
