Licensed Psychotherapist (LCPC, LCSW, LCMFT) with Sign-On Bonus

Our mental health group practice seeks to add a full-time/part-time Maryland licensed Psychotherapist for individual, family, and/or couples’ therapy (depending on your preferences). Position can be done entirely remote or in-office or hybrid at one of our locations (Rockville, Frederick).

The Psychotherapist is responsible to provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, counseling and support services for a mixed caseload including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing mental health issues, communication challenges, or family conflict. This is an opportunity to work as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, providing services to a broad spectrum of clients. This position must be filled by an individual who has the ability to conduct third-party billing for services.

For qualified candidates who are seeking a full-time position we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $500 ($250 for therapists specializing in adults and $500 for child & adolescent therapists)

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology. Independent licensure as a LCMFT, LCSW-C or LCPC in Maryland
• Ability to supervise optional
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in outpatient or inpatient setting
