Karina Tuohy

Karina Tuohy is a licensed clinical psychologist at OrchardMental Health. Karina specializes in treating children,adolescents, and young adults with a variety of presentingproblems including trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, andbehavioral concerns. She has experience working with clientsfrom diverse backgrounds.

Karina completed her doctorate in clinical psychology at NovaSoutheastern University in August 2022. During her pre-doctoral training, she provided therapy in a variety of settingwith children, adolescents, young adults, and families, with anemphasis on treating children and adolescents who haveexperienced a trauma.

Karina uses cognitive-behavioral, client centered, and playtherapy approaches to treating her clients. Karina used astrengths-based approach to help her clients become moreindependent and function at their best.
