QOP was founded in 2015 by Dr. Carrie Singer and has achieved steady growth based on our strong commitment to making a difference and impeccable core values. One of our most important core values is to partner with our employees because we know they are instrumental in the success of the company. Here at QOP we are strong advocates for diversity and inclusion through cultivating a sense of belonging for employees.
Today, QOP has a team of over 30 clinicians comprised of Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners providing quality yet affordable counseling, testing, and medication services to middle-class individuals and families. We pride ourselves on offering comprehensive, multilingual, accessible, and professional research-informed treatments.
We have a robust clinical training program for LGPC’s, LGSW’s, and Psychology Externs and Postdoctoral Fellows. In addition we have an APA accredited continuing education program. We are proud members of the Maryland Psychological Association, the Maryland Counseling Association, WISER DC, Groups4Kids.com, the American Telemedicine Association, and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery!
