Biography

I received my Masters degree from Loyola University of Maryland and I am a doctoral student studying counseling psychology at the University at Albany (SUNY).

I emphasize diversity, feminism, and allyship as foundational to my therapeutic method. As such, I work with a variety of presenting concerns.

I take a holistic approach to each individual and their unique lived experience, and truly believe that all experiences are valid and important to consider. My therapeutic style is collaborative- acting as the passenger as you drive yourself towards your values and goals.
