    LCPC

My approach to counseling is to be fully present, attune, and resonate with my clients by co-regulating their nervous systems in a therapeutic setting.

I am trained to identify and treat the root causes of emotional triggers and associated thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. I believe mental wellness is characterized by calmness, clarity, curiosity, creativity, confidence, courage, compassion, and connectedness. Intuitive and compassionate, I find peace not by knowing things but in my journey to be known.

After a diverse career in finance, consulting, and entrepreneurship, I find my calling is to help others gain relational insights and embrace a courageous journey to relate well.  I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary, an Executive MBA degree from New York University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland.

I am trained in the latest empirical treatment approaches, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).
