Caitlin Madden, LCSW-C, completed her Master of Social Work with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She has worked in a variety of settings, including schools, outpatient clinics, community-based treatment centers, and inpatient psychiatric hospitals. Her specialty is child and adolescent psychotherapy. She is experienced with family and individual therapy, including co-parenting and child-caregiver relationships. Using a humanistic approach to growth and change that is tailored to the individual needs and goals of the client, she takes pride in her ability to create and maintain a relationship and environment for healing that is supportive, empathic, and safe. She believes in strength-based treatment approaches—acknowledging unique cultural and personal values among clients. Caitlin exhibits a high level of professionalism, including maintaining dignity and confidentially for those she serves.
